Why should you want this job?
Being a systems engineer means that your role is making customer's requirements into test- and verifiable functional requirements for systems or subsystems. That's your job, and that's what you do, but we think you want more.
As a systems engineer at Knightec, you will be part of complex product development projects in the automotive, manufacturing, and defense industries. With a team built around you, you will coordinate between various projects and be the interface between expertise areas. You ensure that the team succeeds.
Some of your assignments will be at the customers, and some will be in-house. Since we have sites all over Sweden, there will be collaborations between our various offices, and you will have the opportunity to work with customers who are located elsewhere in our satellite teams.
Build a career that you can be proud of
In addition to the fact that you will be the one who drives the development of complex products at the cutting edge of technology, you will be in an organization that is forward-leaning and caring.
We promise you that you will get a plan for how you want to develop, it is yours to decide, and we will help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself. You will not only work with colleagues who are incredibly talented in their fields, but they are also people who care about each other. We move forward together.
These are the skills you need to bring.
We believe that you have a university degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant specialization.
We also think that you have:
- Experience in product development on a system level, from client demands to implemented products.
- Experience working with handling requirements into test and verifiable functions.
- Experience developing complex products with different technical interfaces and stakeholders, such as mechanical engineering, electronics, software, and project leaders.
- Worked with one or several of these tools – Doors, Magic, Polarion, TSE Tool.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
A plus, but not required, is experienced working with the automotive-, production- or defense industry.
Knightec is a new breed in the art of engineering with over 800 colleagues in ten locations around Sweden. We are consultants with our soul in digitalization who strive forward together.
