You will be part of growing and forming our design team and our UX-UI competence within Knightec as well as establish the offering towards our clients. The projects will vary, but the core is to shape designs that includes human desirability, business viability, technical feasibility, and sustainable aspects. Being involved in the whole chain, you will be involved in the UX-UI development from initial research and concepts; to successfully designed products.

Skills needed

• Experience from working with UX/UI design either in-house or consultancy environments.
• Good knowledge in user-centered and sustainable development.
• Good knowledge in HMI, designs for digi-physical solutions, and can prove excellent results in experiences and interaction designs.
• Ability to communicate insights and concepts to stakeholders.
• Good knowledge and experience of working in Figma is a plus.
• Preferably a bachelor or master in UX/UI or equivalent.
• Thriving when having the opportunity to lead and influence the road ahead.
• Humble and curious to learn and contribute to both smaller and larger tasks, experimenting with an innovative mindset.
